If you use the underground parking you can park near the Yellow elevator, that is the one that goes into our building. The landlord has decided to lock the building on Saturdays and Sundays. Until another solution is found there are two lock boxes with keys, one near the smaller door near the main glass double doors (ours is the bottom box) and one at the yellow elevator. Both are opened by entering the suite number 219 followed by a 0 so 2190 and then squeeze the buttons on the side and take one key out. You have to see the green lights come on when you press each number firmly. Remove one key and use it to open the elevator or the glass door. Take the key with you and give it to your technician.
The Ballroom sometimes hosts events of 200-400 people and we don't have parking for that many. Your tech will give you warning if you schedule during that event so you can plan to park a bit further away or reschedule for a different time.
